We have spent a lot of time discussing and creating the culture in which we will operate at Tregovenek.
It is important to us that every voice is heard, diversity is celebrated, talents and skills encouraged and criticism welcomed as a way of improving and growing.
To avoid a hierarchy we have adopted Sociocracy, and put a lot of energy into creating a system that is adaptive and inclusive.
