Ele Waters
Ele's wide experience ranges from managing volunteer teams and land management (hedge-laying, no-dig gardening, forest gardening, permaculture) to personal , inter-personal and community skills (Non-violent communication, 'list queen'). She has also home educated her two children and previously run a forest school for many years.
She, along with her husband Anthony live at and run the neighbouring Pentiddy Woods.

Jemma Knowles
Jemma brings a range of experience in governance, communications, engagement and community share offers and currently works for Plymouth Energy Community. She is passionate about people (re-)connecting with themselves, each other, their community, the nature of which they are part, and collectively making change happen.

Matthew Axford
Matt has spent most of his working life in countryside management and has first hand experience of the many benefits the natural world offers for people's health and wellbeing. He is a passionate supporter of numerous environmental causes and is also a volunteer director of an inner urban environmental charity. Matt is particularly keen to see Tregovenek become an exemplar for how long term sustainable land use can be embedded, as the core focus for all decision making.
Michelle Virgo
Michelle studied climate science, then decided that her contribution to averting a climate crisis was to focus on the ways people work together and do business. She is an experienced group facilitator who has enjoyed learning all about sociocracy with the crew at Tregovenek. She contributes to the Ways of Working and the Finance and Governance working circles. Michelle's day job is with the School for Social Entrepreneurs where she manages support programmes for social and environmental enterprises.
Nicola Axford
Nicola has worked for many years in the education sector, as a teacher, leader and advisor. She is passionate that young people have opportunities to develop and be part of their community.
Nicola lives in Staffordshire with Matt and together they support a number of local initiatives supporting young people.
Although she lives miles away Nicola believes in the opportunities that Tregovenek can bring and offers long distance support.
